Introduction
PACE project technology is applicable to a number of domains, such as health-care, telecommunications, emergency response and defence.
To demonstrate the capabilities of PACE technology, the project develops proof of concept demonstrators, both independently and in conjunction with DSTC participants. The screenshot on the right is from a context-sensitive health-care assistant that dynamically mediates information flow to provide task appropriate information while preserving patient privacy based on the viewing context. PACE has also developed telecommunications demonstrators supporting context-sensitive vertical handover and dynamic call-routing in voice over IP environments. PACE continues to work with research partners to develop further demonstrator capabilities.
